Ellis Manor is a professionally managed senior community offering its residents quality apartment living in a prime location. To qualify for occupancy, must be 62 years of age or older, meet income guidelines, and be able to maintain independent living.

Ellis Manor offers spacious, one bedroom apartments that include: central air/heating, carpet throughout, blinds, cable-ready units, appliances, intercom security system, walk-in closets, laundry facilities, on-site maintenance, courtesy security officer, and handicap accessibility for the physically challenged.

The apartments are operated under federal guidelines of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Services provide are: Bible Study, Arts/Crafts, Sewing, Exercise Facility, Chair Aerobics, Beauty/Barber Salon, Food Pantry, Monthly Trips, Movie Night, Birthday Socials, and 24-Hour on-call maintenance.

GGT’s Family Housing Units, known as the “Greater Grace Temple Gardens” were acquired in 1977. The Gardens were established in keeping with Greater Grace Temple’s commitment to serve the community by providing quality and affordable housing.
