Welcome to Powerful Women of Purpose (PWP), the women’s ministry of Greater Grace Temple, where faith, fellowship, and purpose come together to inspire and uplift women from all walks of life.
Who We Are
At PWP, we believe that every woman has a God-given purpose, and our mission is to help each woman discover, embrace, and walk boldly in that purpose. Our goal is to encourage, motivate, inspire, and most importantly, empower women with the word of God. We are a diverse community of women, passionate about growing spiritually, supporting one another, and making a positive impact in our homes, churches, and communities.
Our Mission
Our heart is to help women deepen their relationship with Christ, build meaningful connections, and live out their faith with confidence and purpose. Through intentional gatherings, Bible studies, mentorship, and outreach, we create a safe, welcoming space where women can share their stories, celebrate their victories, and find the strength to face life’s challenges together.
What We Offer
PWP provides a rich variety of ways for women to connect, grow, and serve. Our ministry includes:
- Weekly virtual prayer on Tuesdays with First Lady
- Monthly prayer sessions on Saturdays
- Drive-thru prayer for those needing a quick moment of faith-filled encouragement
- Media that uplifts and inspires
- Fellowship opportunities both inside and outside of the church, including bowling parties, pajama parties, and prayer walks
Giving back to the community through charitable initiatives, spreading hope and love beyond the church walls
